From the bustling streets of Karachi, Pakistan, we are passionate about the culinary traditions of our homeland. Dallas is a melting pot of cultures, and yet, despite the city's large South Asian community, Pakistani food, and the taste of Karachi in particular, is still a niche market here. We see that as a challenge and an opportunity at the same time: to bring the authentic taste of Pakistani food to Dallas, and to put something on the table that feels familiar and new at once, to South Asian and non South Asian guests alike.

In 2018 we started with just a name. Terka, a special blend of spices, and a perfect representation of the rich and flavorful dishes we set out to cook. Everything since has been built on that one idea.
